Purpose of Job / Job Summary
In charge of documentation filling system.
Responsible for day-to-day filling operational, accounting function and monitoring the compliance of relevant control procedures.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
1. To responsible to monitor filling system on the compliance of internal control procedures and accounting policy.
2. To control dossier including printing, organizing and saving information for all accounting transitions in FIN department.
3. To responsible for updating record of financial information and filling documents.

Specific skills / abilities : Trustworthy, adaptable, willing to learn, proficiency in MS excel, familiar with accounting software is advantage; English skills.
