Role Purpose: To provide support to the practice in all aspects of running the Vietnam office and staff management and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support management team in the ongoing development and growth of the Vietnam team
• Ensure Company’s best practice policies and procedures are being followed and identify areas for improvement in consultation with the management team
• Oversee workflow and measure activity for each individual and POD
• Recruit, induct, oversee training and manage staff performance and development
• Ensure that the team structure is efficiently supporting teams (liaise with management team on areas requiring assistance and development)
• Receive and collate client service improvement surveys and report to the management team
• Monitor IT issues and co-ordinate solutions
• Liaison with As White with regard to:
Timesheets
Reports to ASW manager
Ensure members comply with company policies
Communication where needed

• Proven record of effective team management skills and leadership experience
• Experience in the Financial Planning / Loan sector preferred but not essential
• Exceptional problem solving ability
• Ability to analyse data a compile reports in a timely manner
• Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised and multi-task
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work as part of a team and have a proactive approach
• Exceptional organizational and proactivity capabilities
• Excellent command of the English language both verbally and written
• Experience in the Financial Planning / Loan sector preferred but not essential
