Mô tả công việc
1. Prepare and submit tax report as government's local regulation.
2. Prepare and arrange the tax payment after submit tax report
3. Reconcile the discrepancy Output/ Input VAT Trial balance & VAT Tax report
4. Reconcile the discrepancy between revenue/ costing b/w P/L report and VAT Tax report
5. Reconcile and prepare material to avoid any risk before tax audit implement
6. Monthly reconcile and get confirming of tax pending amount due to government in HAN/HPH Branch
7. Dealing with stakeholder ( Tax, External Auditor, ...) if it has nay risk impact to HAN/ HPH Branch
8. Control and monitor all petty cash/staffs advance in HAN/HPH Branch
9. Weekly send petty cash book to main office in SGN
10. Weekly send cash advance report of staff to main office in SGN
11. Support for all internal related accounting with CS/ OPS/ Sales / Customers/ Vendors/ Bank/ customs
12. training, coaching and leading the accounting team in HAN Branch to ensure the accounting transaction is properly & accurate posting

○ Careful, strong communication and honestly
○ Logical thinking
○ Problem solving skill
○ Communication skills in English - Level B
○ University / College degree
- Experience in ERP system
- Can work under high pressure
- Good at MS office, outlook
- At least 5 years experience at least in same position
- Experience in logistics or shipping is preferable
