Accounting Staff (Temporary 9 Months)

- In charge of outflow materials
- Reconcile quantities of closing balance, movement of raw material, finished goods every month
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., material, revenue and account receivable and so on)
- Keep track of some suppliers and account payable in order to ensure to make payment for exact balance of payable account and valid document, inform to the supervisor in case of errors occurred.
- Check and keep track e-invoice from suppliers
- Register PIT’s code for new staff.
- Liaison with tax office for submission & receipt of several tax documents
- Make reports related to revenue, stock
- Support for external, internal audit and other inspections or audits (if any)
- Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant

- Bachelor’s degree of Finance and Accounting
- Knowledge of Vietnam tax and accounting law and statutory reporting required
- Well-skill in MS office, and accounting software
- Ability to use English in working
- Working seriously, diligently, willing to work overtime if required
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Having good solving problem skill.
- No need experience
- Age from 22 ~ 30
