Mô tả công việc
- Check the compliance of accounting records under current VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards) and advise if any.
- Check the logicality and rationality of accounting transactions.
- Prepare group management reports: PnL breakdown, BS breakdown according group format.
- Prepare the department expense & income analysis report.
- Prepare the monthly financial statement according to VAS.
- Co-ordinate with auditors to complete audit reports and make sure the legal reports submitted in time as regulation.
- Prepare the transfer pricing reports and advise if any.
- Check payroll from HR and prepare some bank documents for salary payments. Handle related procedures to transfer salary for employees (gather necessary docs, prepare excel list, sent & work with Bank, resolve bank account number problems...).
- Control and update the situation of capital & loan contribution; Prepare loan agreements if any.
- Report & propose to BOD (board of directors) about status of capital & loan contribution in case the capital & loan which exceeds registered amounts on the investment certificate or loan expiration.
- Prepare and submit reports on situation of receiving, repayment of short-term, long-term foreign loans which are not guaranteed by the government.
- Work with contractors to gather construction documents (invoice, acceptance minutes, liquidation minutes, customs declaration (if any)...). Make sure that all construction projects fully done with proper files according government requirements.
- Cooperate and work directly with group team for group consolidation
- Implement other requirements, assignment from superiors; make other management reports from Board of Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
– Fluency in English/Chinese is MUST
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience of working as finance/accounting role (Have experience in a similar role in the Garment industry would be an advantage)
