- Issue red Invoice for sales
- Input Invoice to system
- Asset-tool register, record increase price, input system
- Check the legality of the documents from related departments
- Input general cost (insurance, electricity, water…) from GA, HR, EHS to Asia, check and post parking SAP documents
- Input transportation fee and check quantity to SAP - Asia, record to increase price asset- tool
- Check declaration from Ex-Im, input revenues, costs to Asia
- Prepare sale report from Custom declaration
- Check Asset-Tool and depreciation report
- AR - AP report, advance report
- Compare, adjust AR-AP between Asia and SAP
- Checking, allocate salary and salary deduction follow each departments, input to system
- Calculate interest, compare with bank notice. Loan interest accured. Loans classification
- Exchange rate valuation report
- Arrange, store contracts, documents and invoices
- Input data from team leader
- Review TB, adjust if needed
- Foreign contractor tax report
- Used invoice report
- Confirm the AP/AR with supplier and customer
- Input Invoice to system

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Accounting , Tax work experience & knowledge
- CPA/ACCA certificate is a plus not a must
- work experience in global/foreign manufacturing companies preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Preferred Analytical, meticulous and good problem-solver;
- Able to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Preferred Knowledge in SAP
- preferred English communication
- Accounting , Tax work experience & knowledge
- CPA/ACCA certificate is a plus not a must
