WORK LOCATION
• Washing Machine Factory
• Plot G-2, Thang Long Industrial Park II, Yen My, Hung Yen
This position will work under Accounting Manager’s supervision. A competitive salary and changeling working environment with a reputable Company will be provided to candidates with the following job description:
1) Accounting & Tax
• Record & control accounts payable (AP), collect VAT invoice & process oversea & domestic payment voucher.
• Ensure payments are supported with sufficient document, in line with tax regulations (VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT…) and company’s policies and procedures.
• Make plan payment for AP materials
• Tax payment & tax return preparation & review
• Process monthly payment voucher timely and accurately.
• Record transactions to SAP in line with Accounting Standards.
2) Monthly reports
• Prepare monthly AP reports.
• Prepare monthly VAT output/input report.
3) Assist Accounting Manager in other tasks
• Washing Machine Factory
• Plot G-2, Thang Long Industrial Park II, Yen My, Hung Yen

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Bachelor in in related fields (Banking/Finance/Law/Accounting)
• Minimum 1-2 year of accounting experiences in a FDI company. Candidates being familiar with accounting in similar manufacturing company are preferable.
• Good working knowledge of the Vietnamese and international accounting principles and relevant regulations (including taxes, social insurance, etc….), being familiar with VAT regulations & the process of VAT refunds.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to use accounting software (SAP…)
• Knowledge of audit procedures is an advantage
• Be attention to details, accuracy, honest and able to work effectively under pressures
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English (TOEIC)
• Positive thinking
