Mô tả công việc
Candidate only do one of 2 main tasks as bellow:
1. Finance Accountant
- Responsible for Accrue expense, longterm expense
- Record salary expenses, work with human resource department to follow the insurance data
- Control internal transaction between factory in Dong Anh and Hung Yen
- Joining in making company budget for some related expenses. Analysis difference between budget - actual
- Support to make financial report and accounting management report as requested
- Other jobs as request
2. AR, AP Accountant
- Resposible for AR, AP: Control overpayment, reconcile the balance with company in TOTO group, follow good in transit
- Manage accounting inventory: reconcile monthly inventory with other department, follow deffect goods, holding checking inventory, making provision for inventory
- Making monthly/quaterly/yearly report for AR, AP, inventory.
- Other job as request

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female graduated from university with major in accounting, finance.
- Age from 24 to 32 years old
- Have at least 2 years experiences in the same field that you want to apply
- Have experiences in the manufacture company is an advantage
- Have good knowledge about accounting profession
- English or Japanese is a must
Other skills:
- Goot at excel, word, power point
- Good communication, teamwork spirit
- Good time management skills working to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize workloads
- Comfortable working independently and or in group
- Age from 24 to 32 years old
- Have at least 2 years experiences in the same field that you want to apply
