Accounting Senior Executive (Head Office)

Ensure that all accounting duties in head office are completely and correctly recorded in system following company’s accounting guidelines

- Entry data into accounting software,

- Issue debit notes /invoices to clients;

- Monitoring customer debts, outstanding premium.

- Receive, check payment requirements, perform payments in accordance with payment terms;

- Posting of expenses, account payables / receivables, maintain records of payables and receivables

- Bank transactions, prepare bank transfers and reconcile bank statements;

- Directly working with foreign partners to review, compare and handle company receivable – payable.

- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

- BSc/BA in Accounting, Auditing, Finance/Banking or related field

- 3-5 years’ experience as accountant, priority in non-life insurance industry.

- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills, good abilities to handle work under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Good English, both spoken and written.

- Familiar with using accounting software and proficient in MS Office.
