The project is the transition of accounting processes from local accounting organizations in Asia/Pacific to Global Service Center Accounting (CF/GSA-VN) in Vietnam.
Nomination of a Project Team for assigned transition projects
Overall coordination of a transition project team, that is assigned to the transition projects
Contact and negotiation partner for the local management and the management in the Shared Service Center
Escalation and risk management within the transition project
Maintaining and implementation of a project management plan
Ensures the utilization of a standardized transition approach
Ensures the required project documentation and agreements
Leads Management Meeting, Kick-off meeting, Quality Gate Meeting, Project Workshops and Project Closure Meetings
Reports the project status and ensures the quantitative project targets (i.e. costs)
Report to General Manager of RBVH & functional report to Bosch Head Office in Germany

Yêu cầu ứng viên
10-12 years solid experience in Project Management with Big Scope
Experience in Finance & Accounting field/industry
Experience in manage big project team size
Negotiation skills in difficult situations
Proficient English is a MUST (other foreign languages is a plus)
SAP using experience is big advantage
Finance & Accounting background
High willingness to travel over-sea
