Accounting Receivable Staff (01 Person)

- Issuing VAT invoice;
- Preparing monthly VAT declaration and Report on using VAT invoice quarterly
- Preparing the monthly/quarterly/ annually Statistic reports;
- Checking & Following-up the balance of Account receivable;
- Payment advice for security deposit (if any) and follow-up/checking the deposit of customers;
- Preparing the Accounting Receivable Reports for Interim & year-end Audit;
- Work other assigned jobs of Accounting & Payroll Dept.

1. Qualification/Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting
- Have 01 year experience,
- Be proficient in English and office computing (Word, Excel, ...)

2. Desired Characteristics
- Honest, careful, patient and high responsibility.
- Good teamwork spirit.
