Mô tả công việc
- Ensure that all periodical operational and capital expenditures are paid timely
- Ensure that expense claims is properly supported by legitimate documents
- Ensure that all payments are properly authorized as per the company’s policies
- Ensure correcting accounting entries of costs and expenses, provisions & prepayment
- Ensure duplicate payment is not happened
- Ensure foreign contractor tax, contractor’s retention sum etc. are properly withheld
- Reconcile cash & payable account between sub-ledger & ledger
- Review all account balance monthly
- Follow performance bond master list
- Maintain filling of payment including invoice, contract, relevant documents in order

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Candidate must possess a Degree of Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ Business Administration Management/ Commerce
- AP team leader working experience is preferable
- Used to work for FDI/JV/JSC company is a priority
