Job Purpose:
Payables accounting, confirming suppliers’ bills are valid, assisting Finance & Accounting Spv/Mgr to meet objective of finance and accounting dept.
Key Accountabilities
• Checking purchase documents (invoice, delivery notes, etc)
• Ensure valid bills are passed to Finance Staff for payment
• Preparing reconciliation for accounts in Payables area, responsible for those accounts
• Generating reports: Budget vs Actual Expenses, Gypsum & Paper Graph, German Reports (Income Summary & Monthly)
• Maintaining Erasoft Accounting System (receiving & payables module)

Key Performance Indicators
• Reporting in accordance with the dead line requirement and the company’s policies
• Validity of suppliers’ bills
• The stability of Era soft accounting system - Receiving & Payables Module
• The accuracy and validity of reporting output
• Suggesting ideas for continuous improvement in Finance & Acc. Dept.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Accounting degree
• Strong payables accounting understanding, proven history of running accounting activities to support superiors and able to demonstrate as self independent person
• Initiative, good communication, and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
• Understanding English (passive) and computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
