Mô tả công việc
- Cover cashier daily morning from 7h30 to 9h00 (week 3 to 9h30). Cover cashier whole day if the cashier takes leave, collecting money (any necessary).
- Check and code all documents being submitted to Finance Department to ensure proper, accurate and compliant with internal policies, governmental regulations, and Vietnam Accounting Standard;
- Prepare, track and follow up payments vendors.
- Cash flow report to ACET VN
- Bank reconciliation on month-end closing
- Liaise with the bank to issue
- Record of Account Payable transactions
- Monthly VAT declaration & payment
- Monthly/quarterly closing bank report
- Other jobs assigned by the Finance Team Leader
- Take responsibility for following FSS’ input on EBS
- Ensure for reconciliation between EBS & FAST
- Compare figures between Financial reports with CRM software for some reports needed by manager
- Any reports if needed by line manager

- At least 1 year working experience; especially working for education company is an advantage
- English level: Intermediate
- Loyalty, accuracy, willing to work overtime
- 44 hours/week

ACET delivers UTS:INSEARCH English courses which are designed to give students the skills needed in a range of different areas including General English, Academic English and IELTS Preparation so that students are able to function in English, confidently and fluently within a study or work environment. ACET currently has five centers in Hanoi and HCMC. All the facilities are of high standard and are available for learners to use so they become familiar with an international studying environment. For 14 years ACET has prepared many thousands of Vietnamese students for university study overseas.
