Accounting Officer

1. General Accountant:
- Making Financial Statement and accounting reports both Vietnamese and foreign reports.
- Controlling the detail and general products costing and Inventory system.
- Controlling the detail and general the payable and receivable account
- Controlling the detail and general VAT, PIT, CIT reports submit to the Tax Office and others on time.
- Controlling fixed assets, tools and equipments, depreciation and other items.
- Established and control the Accounting system of the company follow Accounting Law and Accounting Standards of Vietnam.
- Control general accounting about all operations of the production and business of the company.
- Analysis the finance and prepare the Company Budget yearly and review time to time.
- Working independent with Auditors for interim and final audit.

2. Officer Accountant:
- Detail accounting about all operations of the production and business of the Company
- Update data and key in accounting software daily
- Make payment for suppliers, contact with the Bank sand provide information of Accounting to C.A
- Detail accounting about the product costing, inventory system
- Receive, save and keep all the accounting documents
- Make detailing of accounting books.
- Make detail reports to Tax and other items

- Graduated University (bachelor of Economics with major professional in Accounting)
- Good communication of English
- Have good understanding about products costing of the production company
- Versed in proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Can work both independent and such as member of a team under high pressure
- Understanding about Taxation systems
- Ability to complete accounting works with desired effect.
- Ability to use Accounting software, ERP system fluently.
