Mô tả công việc
The job-holder will perform tasks relating Accounting Officer as follows:
• Check expenses with full supporting documents in compliance with Tax regulation and Internal Accounting Rules
• Proceed payment for suppliers and employees timely and accurately
• Accounting record expenses/payment in ERP system (SAP) for business transactions.
• Analyzing specific accounts/ transactions on a regular basis and take appropriate action in line with Accounting regulation and Internal Accounting Rules.
• Analyzing and control expenses with budget approval
• Month-end reconciliation for accounts in ERP system (SAP) and work in cooperation with all accounting members for the financial statements of the company on monthly, quarterly and annually basis
• Other jobs assigned by Accounting Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Familiar with SAP system is preferable.
• Understand Vietnamese Accounting & Tax regulations.
• 1-2 years’ experience of working for foreign companies is an advantage.
• Active, honest, compliance-minded
• Quick problem-solving, team work and capability to work with tight deadline

• 1-2 years’ experience of working for foreign companies is an advantage.
