Accounting Officer (For Fresher- 8 Months contract)

What You Will Do
Performing/ applying generally accepted accounting and financial standards to company's transactions.
• Execute accounting work:
- Support in invoicing monthly (collecting data, making the detailed statistics, making invoices and confirming notes to clients, calculating revenue)
- Update inventory list and in charge of physical count of assets, inventories
- Make payment petty cash voucher
- Transfer working day for worker
• Report, clarify and/ or provide information to related parties (tax office, audit firm...)
- Declare VAT input and PIT registration
- Liaise with auditor/ authority if any
• To provide financial information
- Update the internal management reports monthly such as: net profit margin of clients, rolling forecast, revenue/production reports

***REQUIREMENTS
Degree: Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance/ Accounting/Auditing/Economic
English: Good English for communication in both written and oral form. Fluent in Vietnamese
Competencies:
• Understand Vietnamese accounting standard, accounting and tax regulations related to work assigned
• Proficient in Excel is required
• Experience in using accounting software
• Attitude: positive, proactive, responsible
• Willing to learn, hard-working, honest, enthusiastic, attention to detail
