Assist tenants with submitting and collecting sales revenue figures
Control tenant deposit, ensure all deposit are paid in full
Checking sales revenue figures and update into system
Ensure the company policies and procedures are enforced
Control tenant payment, ensure all payments are settled as agreed time in contract
Implement termination rules and contract information amended procedure when requested
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Accounting Department
Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationship with employees, peers and vendors

Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to work in AeonMall Tân Phú
Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Be willing to work in shift, work in roster with team & C shift 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (about 5 days per months with 80.000 VND allowance per C shift)
Non-experienced requirement. Fresher will be trained
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Required language(s): English
