Work location: Aeon Mall Le Chan - Hai Phong
Report to: Accounting Senior Executive/ Operation Manager
Number of positions: 06
1. Daily check and update sales data of Tenants in shopping mall in to Aspire system.
2. Daily check and upload bank dât and supervise tenant deposit's status.
3. Manage and update tenant master on system.
4. Ennsure correct input Sales deduction.
5. Set up and manage POS and machine working status.
6. Check the accuracy of tenant sales data.
7. Maka data analysis and report as required.
8. Other tasks as assigned.
Report to: Accounting Senior Executive/ Operation Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Business Adminstration or related fields
2. No experience required. Fresh candidates can be trained.
3. Having 1 - 3 years working experience is an advantage.
4. Can communicate in English.
5. Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
6. Willing to work in shift (1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
