* Purpose of the Job
- Supervises all accounting and financial activities for SOCV, in accordance with corporate and division policies and procedures. Several activity areas such as general accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, Tax.
- Cost Control.
- Cash Management and Treasury Service
- Tax.
- Control Stock & Fixed Asset.
- Analysis & Explanation of monthly financial reports.
- Accounting Management report.
- P/L Report by cost center & explanation (excel, SAP)
* Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- General ledgers and Accounting Data:
- Control all expense entry in ledgers.
- Check & Control posting Journal
- Cash Management and Treasury Service.
- Control & Reconcile cash
- Control expense:
- Analysis and control Budget & Actual expense.
- Control material expense issue for production.
- Coordination with Planning, Production and Warehouse in control.
- Plans/ Schedules/ Takes Observation for Stock Taking (Cycle Count).
- Review Materials Control SOP and proposes to change if needed.
- Analysis aging Stock.
- Control material expense issue for production.
- Management report.
- Calculate KPIs
- Some Management report use for control OPCVN: Productivity, cost…
- Tax.
- Contact with government about Tax policy.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager with minimum of 5 years solid accounting experience in a corporate environment, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Fluent English and Vietnamese in read, write and communication
- Good knowledge of Vietnam taxation and legal accounting with experience to deal with tax authorities
- Have a systematic approach and be able to document clearly the proposed changes
- Self starter, able to manage works in priorities under pressure
