Accounting Manager

The job-holder will perform tasks relating to Accounting Manager as follows:

• Prepare and review month/quarter/year end closing, forecast and analyze/control cash flow management
• Take responsibility for ensuring timely and accuracy submission of individual and consolidated reporting package to oversea Headquarter and Government.
• Work with Head of departments in preparation of Business Plan
• Prepare budget report for company
• Coordinate with Head quarter in implement, follow up and evaluate control processes for compliance with Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley Act (J-SOX) by external audit and internal audit.
• Prepare accounting system/Internal rules and review to improve business operation of company
• Organize, plann, coordinate, complete year end closing by external audit and internal audit.
• Follow up the reconciliation for balance sheet items and control accounts
• Deal with IT and accounting members about accounting issues and SAP system
• Create accounting activities program/seminar
• Specific tasks will be discussed in the interview.

*Work place: 14th floor, Charmvit Building, 117 Tran Duy Hung Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi/ Plot J1-J2 Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh Dist., Hanoi (company bus available to industrial park)

• Graduated from University of economics/ trading specialized accounting / auditing.
• Familiar with SAP systems is preferable.
• Understand Vietnamese tax & Accounting regulations, IFRS, J-SOX regulation and procedures
• More than 5 years experience of working for foreign companies is an advantage and at least 3 years in similar actions
• Active, honest, compliance-minded, attention in details, persuasive, positive thinking.
• Quick problem-solving, team work, flexible on communication and capability to work with tight deadline
• Good communication skill and logical thinking and explanation
