Mô tả công việc
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the accounting department to work smoothly and to comply with internal regulation & all relevant laws & regulations
- Maintain & update the accounting policies and procedures in accordance with current laws & regulations;
- Maintain the operation the accounting software and the loan management software
- Manage the daily operations 3 accounting teams with 3~6 members of each team with following tasks:
+ financial accounting
+ general accounting
+ management accounting
+ receivable accounting: manage all receipts from loan customers through bank accounts, other channels (Payoo, Viettel, VN Post, e-Wallets, etc.)
+ payment accounting
+ cost accounting
+asset accounting, etc.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data to ensure exact daily closing, monthly closing, yearly closing
- Recruit & train new employees, set KPI for the team
- Manage all tax matters relating to CIT, VAT, PIT, withholding tax; transfer pricing;
- Report as requirement from Mother companies;
- Work with independent audit to issue yearly audited reports.
- Other assignment from CFO

- Bachelor degree major in Accounting / Financing
-4 year experience with at least 2-year experience as accountant at banks or finance companies
- English : Good, be able to communicate in English
- Good at excel skills
- Soft skills (management, communication,…)
