Accounting Manager

• Training, developing accountant staff on the accounting technical, skill;

• Supervise and monitor all daily accounting activities, make sure timely and accurate of accounting record to AX;

• Review and verify the proper legal documents of payment voucher, receipt voucher;

• Review weekly Cash budget; follow up on the approved fund from Trident and cash management;

• Cost management, expenses analysis;

• Manage Fixed assets, depreciation schedule and risk management;

• Prepare monthly PIT declaration, review tax reports, handle tax matters and Tax issues. Deal with tax officer for Tax finalization (CIT, WHT, PIT)

• Deal with the Bank for loan, finance leasing if any.

• Handle monthly closing and timely prepare monthly financial statement with accurate and in compliance with VAS;

• Handle year-end closing and prepare annual financial statement; deal with external auditor for year-end audit;

• Review all the POs, purchase contract before submit to GD and US for approval; Always make sure there are at least 3 quotations to compare/ analysis for any new materials/goods/ services to make sure buy the correct goods/ services at the competitive price.

• Supervise, monitor purchasing and where house to make sure always enough, on time of all materials, equipments and production tools, spare parts;

• Regularly update new laws, legal regulation which may effect to Company operation.

• University graduated from University of Economics, major in Accounting & Finance.

• English fluency (intermediate and above)

• Chief accountant certificate is much.

• At least three - five years experience in Accounting manager, especially in dealing with tax, e.g. PIT, CIT, transfer pricing

• Deeply understand all accounting activities, Vietnamese accounting standard VAS, International accounting standard IAS and also US. GAPP.

• Fluent in using ERP (AX Dynamics is advantages); computer skill (Microsoft office, internet and email using).

• Being honestly, positive thinking and behavious.

• Teamwork and strong leader ship skill.

• Hardworking, detailed and careful.

• Good at people management and coaching well for the team.

• Preferably:

- CPA, ACCA, CMA certificate
- Experience in Oracle and Microsoft Dynamic AX.
- Audit background
- Local people.
