Accounting Manager

Job descriptions :-
1. Report to Head Office in Hong Kong
2. Responsible for accounting, tax and other local compliance requirements in Vietnam
3. Oversee total finance function including financial accounting, budgeting, FP&A, internal control, treasury, etc
4. Prepare internal financial/KPI reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
5. Risk management in Account Receivable and Credit Control
6. Ensure internal controls, procedures & reporting standards in compliance with Corporate Policy
7. Conduct ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :-
1. Diploma or degree holder in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines
2. Qualified Accountant or full membership of any International Accounting Society
3. At least 5 years’ experience in handling full set accounting ledger and annual external Audit
4. Knowledge in starting up an accounting software/system (Vietnam and English) compiled to Vietnam tax rules/regulations
5. Reporting skill and computer knowledge (Word/Excel/Macro/Access/any ERP preferred)
6. Proactive, independent, persistent and able to work under pressure
7. Fluency in Vietnamese and English or Cantonese or Mandarin, speaking and writing
