Accounting Manager

• Control, supervision and monitoring the company’s accounting, financial, HR and admin matters
• Ensures that all costing are accurate.
• Assist in Financial Planning and budgeting in accordance with Head Office requirement.
• Preparation and submission of monthly management report.
• Management of cash flows to maintain the company in a healthy position.
• Selection, training, evaluation and development of accounting staffs.
• General Administration Functions in line with company policies.
• Work closely with sales on Debtors Control and management.
• To lead the company’s internal control team
• To ensure internal control policies and procedures are carried out within the department
• To carry out internal control assessment, plan and execute corrective and preventive actions for area with defects in internal control
• Liaise with the external auditor, tax authorities, solicitors, bankers, company secretary and others professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.
• Perform other assignment as required

• University graduate, degree in Accounting and Finance
• 5 year experience in Accounting and at least 1 year in similar position
• Fluent English in 4 skills is a must.
• Knowledge and understanding accounting and tax regulations
• Analytical skills and aptitude for working with financial data
• Good organization and planning skill
• Management skill
• Computer literate with excellent Excel is preferred.
• Hands-on attitude towards work, flexible. Good communication skills.
