Accounting Manager

Your roll will be to oversee all of the financial reporting duties in the company. To ensure that reporting is accurate, you will develop principles with the CEOs to department to ensure the right procedures are maintained. Your tasks will be to collaborate with the department heads throughout the company to discuss budgets and expense cuts. They also work very closely with the controller and CEO to look for workflow improvements and to discuss new projects.
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
Supports the managers for budgeting and forecasting activities
Submit to CEO quarterly based budget forecasting by collaborating with other managers.
Update business models when asked.
Overseeing the procurement and make a plan for the most effective procumbent by collaborating with the managers from each department.
Collaborates with the other accountants to support overall goals and objectives.
Monitors and analyzes the work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Give the suggestions and improvement plans to CEO to reduce the cost of the company.
Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions
Responds to inquiries from the CEOs and Controller, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.

University degree of Accountant
4 years of working experience as an accountant
At least 1 year of experience as a senior accountant
Highly motivated
Capable of managing high stress situation
Strong in analysis
Excellent in Excel
Good at team work
English speaking is preferable
