Mô tả công việc
- Legal and customs compliance
- Supervise the finance team
- Check the compliance of accounting records under current VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards) and advise if any.
- Update the most recent legal docs and advise if any
- Provide training and guidance for Accounting Team to fulfill their duties
- Check the logic and reliability of accounting transactions
- Work with Accounting software to check journals input, accounting books, internal and external reports
- Supervise the Depreciation of Fixed Asset (FA), Allocation of Long-term Prepaid expenses
- Set up procedure for management of Fixed Asset, Long-term Prepaid expenses, Production tools
- Set up/supervise procedure for cash receipt and payment, inventory. Supervise Cash operations and balances
- Organize and arrange jobs in Accounting Dept.
- Check payroll calculations sent from HR and advise if any
- Check importing, exporting, other Sales/economic Contracts for overall information and advise if any
- Propose changes and innovations with BOD (Board of Director) based on Accounting data, to increase effectiveness in Accounting Dept and to serve better internal or external control.
- Build up or supervise Corporation reports and Financial Statements according to VAS. Make sure legal reports are submitted in time.
- Cooperate with Hong Kong, China team when necessary

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Strong in financial analysis and costing experience
- Proven experience as Finance Manager
- Acquire ERP experience in manufacturing field
- Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting & Auditing
- Good team player: independent & cooperative
- Proficient in excel application and data mining
- Good in leadership and management skill
- Good in English/Chinese and communication skill
