Month end closing
- Set up schedule month end closing
- Ensure all accounts booked accurately complied with Vietnamese accounting standard and IFRS
- Check and analyze actual cost of P&L accounts compared with the budget, analyze the variance and make accrual or provision.
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts to ensure the outstanding must be clarified and under the control. Check & control the aging of receivable and payable
- Maintain the fixed asset in system by recording of all items into accounting system
pertinently & adequately of fixed asset acquisitions and retirements.
- Ensure the depreciation expenses allocated to correct cost center monthly.
Reporting
- Handle P&L/BS/CF monthly: provide the analysis for the result of current month, compared with the previous month, the budget and the last year.
- Review and upload IFRS report, prepare any required report from HQ. Make sure all the report complies with corporation accounting policy
- Overview FS Internal and make sure that it complies with VAS and current regulation, include carefully review breakdown of BS items
- Follow up and support for external audit. Work on the issue and adjustment. Ensure the FS issuance is on time
- Prepare monthly / quarterly group reporting package and upload to the portal.
- Train and coach treasury and IFRS accounting staffs to help them to improve their skills. Finding successful successor for this section
- Maintain Accounting System
- Any ad-hoc reports assigned by Chief Accountant.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting management position
- Experience working for Big4 firms is a big plus
- Good command of English, both spoken & written
- Proficiency in IFRS report and VAS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
