Accounting Manager (Chief Accountant)

* PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Prepare monthly/ yearly Financial Statements accurately.
- Ensure data/ analysis accurately.
- Ensure deadlines are met for both internal and external including local tax department.
- Compute/ declare tax reports in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop sound internal controls.
* SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:
- Responsible for accrual expenses and the preparation of necessary journal vouchers.
- Responsible for reviewing and reporting of all Company contracts, including the provision of information for cash flows.
- Prepare cost analysis and expense reports (training, travel, vehicles, etc) as appropriate to monitor business performance.
- Responsible for reconciliation of Inventory among accounting book vs Store keeper’s reports.
- Responsible for preparing group reporting package.
- Responsible for consolidating/ preparing VAT/CIT/ withholding tax reports to local tax department.
- Responsible for distribution of monthly reports to Divisions managers & other supervisors.
- Responsible for salary journal and accruals of employee benefits.
- Responsible for social insurance reconciliation with HR.
- Responsible for the Corporate Services Quality System Documentation, including monitoring and issuing of Procedure Manual, Procedures, Forms and External Documentation.
- Responsible for Sun data back-up.
- Assist with the production, preparation and entry of the annual budget and re forecasting as required.
- Responsible for relationship/ working with Tax audit/ External and Internal audit.
- Monitor/ prepare/ checking/verifying monthly/yearly results reports .
- Approve travelling expenses of inspectors- depend on level of authorization.
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial statements.
- Assist with AD HOC investigations as required.
- Completion of any tasks that may be required from time to time by your superiors.

- Management skill (planning, organizing, leadership and verifying – preferably with training or degree in management or 5 years management experience).
- At least 7 years working experience in related position .
- Graduated from University of Economy, specialized in Finance & Accounting.
- ACCA is preferable.
- Fluent English in writing and Speaking.
- Computer skills: using MS offices. Know how to use SUN & Vision is preferable.
- Good communication skills.
