Your role will be an accounting manager, in charge especially of the cost analysis and tax activities of the organization and managing the team of 2-3 members.
Description
* Monitoring and overseeing the day to day accounting functions & ensuring the process accuracy
* Handle the full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role (eg AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow projections)
* Finalisation of accounts for monthly, quarterly and yearly books closure and reporting as per defined time lines
* Verification of inter company and bank reconciliations
* Ensuring compliance in respect of IFRS corporate law, cost audit rules, disclosure requirements while finalising accounts and monthly financial closure and reporting
* Vendor & Client GLs reconciliation on regular basis
* Interacting with auditors of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, various other audits as per statute.
* Interacting with Vendors, Clients, Bankers and Consultants (external) and with other functional heads, cross functional teams and other stakeholders (internal)
Profile
* Good English communication
* Min. degree in finance and accounting (Qualified accountant will be preferred)
* 3 - 5 years' of experience in the manufacturing industry, strong in cost analysis
* Able to work independently and meticulous
* Ability to lead and coach and team of 2-3 members
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
