Accounting Lead Staff [$680 ~ $1000Gross]

- Analyze accounting data and reconcile accounts on monthly basic to ensure accuracy of financial statements;
- Prepare reports as assigned: Financial, Accounting management, other ad-hoc reports;
- Deal with internal/external auditors and follow-up results;
- Conduct budget control on monthly/periodical basic, high-level analyze and improve internal system;
- Make proposals and recommendations to increase quality of work;
- Study and make system improvement and innovation to enhance proficiency of accounting work;
- Set-up plans and assign job for direct staff to meet-up with Finance / Accounting objectives;
- Set-up & implement new projects if required.

- Over 30 years old
- Gender: Male/Female
- BA/MA in Accounting/Finance/Auditing major;
- At least 3 years experience in the same or higher position;
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting softwares (SAP, Bravo are preferred), database organization;
- Ability to manipulate huge data;
- Ability to direct, supervise & coach subordinates;
- Proven wide knowledge of book-keeping, accounting principles, VAS, IFRS..;
- Well understanding and updated on laws and related regulations;
- High attention to detailed job and accuracy;
- Ability to apply soft-skills and personal competencies in daily job;
- Honesty & compliance;
- Good collaboration with other teammates and colleagues.
- English is fluency
