* Job purpose:
Ensure the smooth & accurate running of company’s daily accounting functions by filing documents; reconciling statements; managing Finance software.
* Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements (petty cash and bank transfer)
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable) and daily enter key data of financial transactions into accounting software (FAST 5.1)
- Keep and check petty cash balance, check bank account balance
- Assist general accountants in the preparation of monthly closings.
- Prepare report related to sales, marketing activities and other finance analysis
- Organize all accounting documents, make photocopy & send to Regional Office
- Other jobs related to Accounting department and follow to assignments of General Accountant / Finance Manager

* Job requirement:
- University fresh graduate with major in Accounting, Finance or Audit
- Honest, careful, pay attention to details, hard-working, well-organized and teamwork.
- Understanding IFRS is an advantage
- Good at Microsoft offices, excellent in Excel
- Good presentation and communications in English. Fluent Vietnamese.
