Mô tả công việc
Job title: Accounting Executive
Report to: Operation Manager
1. Lead Accounting team including 6 - 7 staffs
2. Make working plan for Accounting team and assign jobs for each officer
3. Daily check and update sales data of tenants in shopping mall into Aspire system
4. Check and upload bank data and push tenants' deposit in full
5. Set up and follow up the point of sales (POS) and Casio machine
6. Manage tenants' sales revenue to limit cheating from tenants and ensure daily sales report run smoothly and exactly
7. Train tenant staffs and Accounting staffs if any
8. Make proposals about regulations, procedures… for better control of tenants' sales revenue
9. Make reports as requirements from Management members
10. Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related majors
2. Can communicate in English
3. At least 5 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related fields
4. Be good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
5. Be careful and good at number
6. Willing to work in shift (4 - 5 night shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per month)
7. Work location: Hanoi (for training from Nov 2019 ~ Feb 2020), Aeon Mall Hai Phong, Le Chan, Hai Phong (Feb 2020 ~)
