1. Checking all Debit Notes/Credit Notes
2. Receiving and checking payment from customers/oversea partners
3. To settle payment to our suppliers/oversea partners
4. To issue VAT invoice
5. Making invoices report and send to Accounting firm
6. Making daily/weekly/monthly report of Income and Expenditure to managers
7. Other duties assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Hardworking, can work under high pressure & work overtime if needed
Preferred Language: Fluency in English required / Chinese Mandarin is a plus
Work Place: E. Town Central, 11 Doan Van Bo Street, Ward 12, District 4, HCMC
