Accounting Executive

- Input all data into accounting software (MISA)
- Make sure all invoices are booked as appropriate
- Maintain the records of ordinary accounting transactions.
- Be Responsible for payment vouchers, bank accounts, banking transactions and payroll.
- Follow-up the debts, collect outstanding payments, make weekly collection reports
- Make payment and collection voucher
- Assist to do Tax Report Monthly
- Follow up Advance Cash and Clearance advance for Staff.
- Account payable controller: AP verify billing, process the payment.
- Other according to Accounting Manager 's Requirement

- University in Accounting
- At least 4-years experience in Accounting
- Preferable having experience in Forwarding / Logistics.
- English is required
- Computer: word, excel, accounting software
- Dynamic, self - motivated and hardworking
