Accounting Executive

Purpose of Job:
Manage assets, liability, capital, and PL statements by complying and analyzing account information.
Prepare tax reports & review tax matters, regulatory compliance and other accounting tasks as required by Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. In charge of accounting records, tracking general ledger accounts regularly (by monthly/quarterly/yearly); timely process payments and other tax-related/statistic reports.
2. Take charge of producing and submit financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.).
3. Calculating revenue and Cost-Of-Good-Sold, management accounting report on quarterly/ annual basis as required by the Group and/or for auditing purposes (both internal and external)
4. Coordinating and completing of external auditor, tax consultancy for CIT tax annually.
5. Be responsible for checking and process payments in petty cash, and controlling cash advance to employees, checking payable amount of suppliers & business partners.

- Bachelor / Tax, Finance, Audit or Accounting
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience
- Prior experience in property development industry is essential; experience in residential market will be an added plus.
- Accuracy and detailed minded
- Good management reporting skills
- Good understanding on accounting and tax laws
- Good interpersonal abilities and communication skills at same staff levels and to Head levels.
