Mô tả công việc
*Job descriptions:
Accounting:
- Issue e-invoice
- Keep track of all payments, expenditures and receipt of customers and suppliers.
- Make payment and receipt slip about deposit cont, invoices for sales/operation by cash or bank
- Keep track of deposit cont for POB, if overdue, I will remind OPS department to recollect.
- Input red invoices vouchers into software.
- Remind payment for overdue customer debts.
- Assist Manager to report monthly.
- Other tasks as requested by Manager.
Admin:
- Make sure daily admin job running well: office, meeting, equipment,…
- Manage stationery, payment request for office operation, coordinate car using.
- Other tasks if any.
Accounting:

- Gender: Female
- Age: 23-29
- At least 02 years experience in accounting field
* Welfare:
- Attractive salary, salary review, 13th month salary and bonus base on the company .
- Working time: Monday - Friday and Saturday morning.
- Working in a young and professional environment.
- Fully social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to Vietnamese labor law.
- Accident insurance 24/24.
- Yearly membership training, annual health check.
* Working location: Grand Plaza, 117 Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi.
**Prefer candidate can start as soon as possible.
