We are a Sydney based Chartered Accounting practice that has clients all over Australia and require team members to be a part of our company to build and grow with us.

1. Key Accountabilities:

Public Practice
- We will provide Training to operate and use Xero accounting software.
- Training to operate Xero payroll
- Training in accounting administration and secretarial matters.
- Training in all areas involved in a Chartered Accounting Tax Practice.
- Training to prepare tax returns in Australia.

Commercial – Have some experience
- Follow-up, collect and allocate payments
- Perform billing, collections and reporting activities before deadline
- Investigate customers concerns and queries and resolve them
- Investigate and solve payment discrepancies
- Generate invoices, Generate purchase orders to suppliers
- Following AR aging to make sure all credit notes, over-collection, short-collection items must be cleaned up
- Any other duties requested by Senior Accountant and/or finance manager.

2. Reports to:
Reporting directly to a Senior Accountant (either in Vietnam or Australia)

3. The position is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and will be located in Thao Dien, Q2.

- Bachelors in Banking, Finance, Accounting
- No Experience required.
- Fine to Good English.
- Willing to work hard, energy, enthusiasm, team player
- Initiative, honest, high responsibility and good management skill.
- Creative, careful
- Familiar with PC (Microsoft of Word and Excel, Office 365)

SKILL
Microsoft, Excel, Xero (not essential)

PREFERRED LANGUAGE
English

- Social Insurance with the full salary- Allowance lunch
