Accounting - Assistant Manager

• General accountant: Applicant will be responsible for data collection and synchronization all UIC accounting data.
• Support Chief Accountant by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports; data analysis, create accounting processes.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Work with regional office on providing the requested information, implementing global policies and execute the right fiscal discipline therein.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• Having good knowledge and experience in accounting, at least 5 years of experience (preferably insurance accounting)
• Ability to coordinate and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with high intensity
• Good English, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with using accounting software and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
