Accounting and Payroll Staff

- In charge of account receivable, account payable, payroll and treasury
- Ensure e-invoice is issued to customers on daily basis
- Work closely with customers and sales team in term of invoicing, overdue clearance
- Ensure vendor invoices are collected and paid on time
- In charge of monthly VAT input and output declaration
- Filing VAT invoice, sales contracts, supplier contracts according to Vietnam tax law
- In charge of payroll calculation and payment, work closely with HR for salary and insurance related matters

Experience with accounting and payroll calculating
Good command of English will be an advantage
Able to work under high pressure
Detailed oriented and accuracy
