Accounting and Finance Manager

1. Responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial function in Vietnam, including setting up new accounting team, accounting policies and procedure of workflow, implementing computerized system and appropriate internal control system.
2. Ensuring the routine accounting and financial operation process, and internal control safeguard operate effectively.
3. Ensuring the accurate and timely all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports are prepared in compliance with IFRS and local regulation and statutory requirements.
4. Ensuring the timely reporting of monthly financial results and set of management reports are prepared to head office.
5. Preparing annual operating and capital expenditure budget and analysis report of monthly variance.
6. Analyzing financial feasibilities and funding plan to support for new investments.
7. Responsible for cash management and loan management including working capital credit facilities and import financing arrangement to ensure the company has sufficient cash flow.
8. Formulating the pricing and cost model to support sales teams.
9. Managing the foreign exchange risk exposures with the appropriate hedging tools.
10. Managing, motivating, coaching and training the accounting and financial teams and foster cross functional communication and cooperation.
11. Establishing and maintaining relationships with banks and relevant government agencies.
12. Liaising with regulatory and tax authorities as well as internal and external auditors.
13. Performing other ad hoc assignment from top management.
14. other related issues as assigned by direct supervisor.

1. Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, MBA and/or CPA would be a plus.
2. Over 5-10 years of direct experience in senior level in accounting and financial position, preferably some years in multinational company; preferably 3-4 years in big 4 Audit firm with cooperate experience 1-2 years.
3. Very good knowledge of IFRS and international tax planning.
4. Experience in setting up new accounting system is strongly preferred.
5. Experience in import financing and foreign exchange risk management.
6. Experience in customers’ credit assessment and control.
7. Highly skill of leadership and people management with positive thinking and can do attitude.
8. Computer literacy with good command of English.
