***ACCOUNTING
• In charge of office disbursements and petty cash.
• Debt reconciliation with suppliers.
• Run pre-bills and send to fee earners for reviewing. Following up with fee earners and clients on billing work.
• Other assigned tasks.
*** ADMINISTRATION
• In charge of reception area: welcome guests, visitor, incoming calls, courier…
• Working with office suppliers to order amenities for office use.
• Support travel arrangement for officers.
• Support to organize office events.
• Other assigned tasks.
• In charge of office disbursements and petty cash.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
REQUIREMENTS
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fluently skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office essentially of excel.
• Careful, positive and flexible working attitude, professionalism and punctuality.
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under high pressure.
• Good communication skill, teamwork and good working manner.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Working place: Ho Chi Minh City
• Salary: Negotiable based on candidate’s experience.
• Other benefits: as per Company’s policy such as performance bonus and private health care program.
• Professional and multicultural working environment.
• Working hours: from Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 6.00pm (1h lunch break)
• 33 days of paid leave per year including national holidays and annual leave plus 5 days of sick leave.
