Accounting & Procurement Specialist

Location: Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City
Department: HR, Legal & Finance
Educational Requirement: Bachelor Degree

● Lead and oversee all the finance and procurement activities that the company will go through, maintaining the relationship with the main stakeholders such as tax firm and goods suppliers.
● Identify improvement areas, automation and efficiency with current work processes. Run profit and loss analysis for new commercial initiatives.
● Oversee and review monthly financial statement submitted to ensure their accuracy.
● Continuously looking for improvement in building up a more efficient and effective financial process.
● Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls.
● Monitor overhead spending and cost control, assist in providing financial analysis to evaluate special projects, programs, capital expenditures, etc. when necessary.
● Ensure statutory compliance and requirements relating to financial statements and tax filings are met accurately and on time.

● At least 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting or related role. A qualified accountant with solid knowledge of finance technical skills and commercial operations
● Meticulous, good-time management and high level of initiative and integrity.
● Outstanding communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams.
● Ability to work autonomously and on multiple projects. Results driven with an eye for details.
● Degree in finance/accounting.
● Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
