Accounting & Finance Specialist

Solagron JSC is seeking for a full-time Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist to perform following tasks and duties:
- Managing daily financial operations of the company, performing bank transactions and monitoring cash flows,
- Ensuring accounting activities such as general ledger, accounts receivable/payable etc. in accordance with local accounting and tax standards,
- Making reconciliations with customers, suppliers and banks,
- Issuing and sending invoices to clients,
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly internal financial reports,
- Performing yearly cash flow and budgeting forecasting,
- Working with local tax authority on tax exemption and refund processes.

Candidates should have following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, major in accounting & finance,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field, preferably in a multinational company,
- Strong local accounting and tax knowledge,
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English,
- Proficiency in MS Office and other job-related computer applications,
- Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving abilities,
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines,
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
