支付
• Process payments ensuring: (i) all payments verified and approved in accordance with Company’s regulations; (ii) invoices/bills and supporting documents eligible and reasonable in accordance with laws and accounting regulations, (iii) matching with the approved budget

• Check Company’s receipts (sources, terms, timeline, amount, etc.)
查看公司的应收账款（来源，条款，时间表，金额等）
• Follow up with banks/cashiers and payees to ensure the payment completion.

• Reconcile monthly payables/receivables with suppliers/contractors/staff
与供应商/承包商/公司员工核对每月应付款/应收款
• Reconcile cash and bank accounts monthly

Tax

• Work with HR to check Staff Payroll
与人事配合审查员工工资
• Calculate monthly Personal income tax and process for payment on time
计算月度个人所得税，并及时进行该付款
Company invoices/receipts
公司发票/收据
• Manage the company invoices, PIT receipts and others
管理公司的发票，个人所得税单据等资料
• Issue VAT invoices to customers
向客户开发票
Budget and cash flow reports:
预算及现金流量报告
• Prepare department’s budgets and assist to prepare Company’s budgets
准备部门的预算，并协助完成公司的预算
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports
准备月度现金流量报告
Contract management:
合同管理
• Understand well about contract and obligations
善于了解合同和相关义务
• Manage a proper filing for contracts and relevant payment documents.
适当地归档合同和相关支付资料
Other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager and supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
资格和教育要求
Bachelor Degree of Accounting
会计学本科
Other accounting certificates are advantages
优先具有其他会计证书
Working experience at least from 2-3 years. Experience in auditing companies is an advantage.
工作经验至少2-3年。优先具有在审计公司工作的经验。

Remuneration is subject to Company’s policies including Employer’s Social, health, unemployment insurance, 13th month salary and other allowances and performance bonus.

Probation time is 2 months.
