Accountant (Working in Bac Ninh)

Job Description:
- Verify payment vouchers to ensure that they are complied with statutory regulations and internal control procedures.
- Manage banks' balance to arrange payment schedules and utilize cash for time deposit or propose to use short term facility.
- Plan and make payment remittance to suppliers according to approved applications for payment, payment terms in contracts and cash schedules provided by General Accountant or Manager.
- Prepare entry vouchers of all transactions in AP module and update into the Accounting software to ensure to give up-to-date information of accounts payable to suppliers at the month end.
- Manage all transactions in AP module of the Accounting system and prepare closing entry of all expenses in the AP module for monthly ending reports.
- Control VAT input invoice and prepare VAT input reports.
- Manage and control the fixed asset module and make the vouchers for it.
- Manage LC transactions.
- Work with the banks for all bank procedures; Manage and update bank account information registered to the banks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Female, University graduation in Accounting - Finance.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
- Knowledge of International Accounting Standards is preferable.
- Having at least 1-year working experience in Accounting (working experience in foreign-invested enterprises is preferable).
- Sufficient English skills for work.
- Good at Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Bac Ninh resident is preferable.
