1. Follow up Payable account (AP) and payment.
* Collect and key invoices in system, check AP balance
• Issue payment voucher, bank remittance
2. Tax
• Tax record in system: Quarterly CIT , WHT, VAT
• Above tax payment
3. Vendor registration in global system
4. GL transaction in system
5. Fixed Asset registration, check report
6. Monthly/quarterly closing reports
