LOCATION: Hai Phong
COUNTRY: Viet Nam
BUSINESS UNIT: System Protection
REPORTS TO: Plant Controller
DEPARTMENT: Finance
PERIOD: 8 months from Jul 2019 (included 1 probation month)
***RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check and book all invoices to SAP
• Prepare all payment documentations, payment lists and upload to internet banking
• Prepare and send Debit Note to customers and vendors
• Follow up with customers and book incoming cash
• Book closing entries, reconciliation Cash, AR, AP
• Invoice issuing (back up)
• Other tasks assigned by Plant Controller.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
EDUCATION:
• Graduate University or college major in Accounting, Finance, economic is prefer
EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2-5 years experience
• Good knowledge in VAS, IAS and Tax in all related accounting works;
• Prefer experience in SAP and working at FDI and production company
• Familiar with Microsoft office especially Excel
• Good command in English;
• Careful, reliable, pleasant manner
• Good interpersonal skills
• High accuracy and responsibility
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and teamwork
