Mô tả công việc
- Day-to-day operations in system for, issue invoice & Goods return,
- Billing customers, supporting customers for handling VAT invoices and accounting documents
- Inventory management, Inventory reconcile
- Reconciling inventory books and actual count from warehouse.
- Preparing COGS uploading file for month end closing.
- Supporting AR Executive to prepare AR reports and inventory turn over reports on month end closing
- Monitor accounts payable and prepare payment by cash for CMV HCM, accrue logistic and inland insurance expense on a monthly basis
- VAT report, invoice usage report
- Statistic Report, Investment report
Deal with outsider: Statistic Dept, Department of Planning and Investment, Customer, Auditor
Assist in any other ad hoc projects. Assist Accounting Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-year-working experience above in related field.
- Good at English writing and speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good VAS/Tax regulations knowledge.
- Knowledge in Accounting System is preferable.
- Hard working, careful, good documentation
- Honest, responsible, proactive, cheerful.
