Accountant (Temporary 6 Months)

- Check Daily Sales Report from Sales
- Monthly stock-taking and surprice count
- Follow up with Salesmen on VAT refund cases
- Random check untagged items
- Print cash receipts summary reports after final day's receipts are recorded
- Close cash receipts and post to General Ledger (GL)
- Complete bank reconciliations for each cash account
- Review A/R Aging report and determine strategy for collection or write-off of aging A/R (if any)
- Reconcile to revenue reports and update GL
- Establish pre-paid expenses (e.g., insurance, interest expense, etc.) to recognize expense in proper month
- Review disposals of fixed assets and remove from fixed asset records
- Record depreciation expense for the current month
- Post interest and dividend income to GL
- Book, Close A/P and post to GL
- Review A/P and other payables for possible accrual
- Involve dissolution process of other entities
- Others on requirement

Educational Requirement:
Associate's Degree in Finance & Accounting or Related Field or Equivalent Work Experience

- Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office
- Detail Oriented;
- Organized; Timely;
- Strong Bookkeeping Skills;
- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills;
